At present, this light was a waste of taxpayer's money. The only time that it could possibly be used is to turn left while northbound ... the new turn lane keeps that traffic from backing up. I have been making this turn for a year or so ... before the widening and seldom waiting ... there's no foot traffic need for the light; it just stops traffic flow for no reason, made it worse than before .. there's probably a much greater need somewhere else in the city!

Thank you for sharing your concern. These intersections are currently still under construction mode. They will be activated once a traffic count has been undertaken and the left turn signal is warranted.
