Multiple street lights out on Spencer lane and multiple lights on Shepard lane and sycamore circle / Shepard lane out. We are a very populated neighborhood with lots of children and joggers that this condition is very dangerous in morning bus time and evening bus students @@@@ please address for safety reasons.
