2nd notice--My basement is filling up with potable water. American water came out and checked everything and stated it is coming from under the house. My electric bill has doubled cause the sump-pump is running constantly. Call asap 610-679-5734.

For future reference this is not a city run or monitored site. Please call city hall with these sort of issues.I wouldn't want this to go unnoticed and you incur more damage.
