Way to go! :) Doesn't the city have orange bags they provide citizens in community groups and neighborhood watch groups so everyone knows they are not dumped?

Maintenenace Division - Can you tell us if this is correct? If so, where can we pick this stuff up? This is a win/win for everyone. Not saying communities like to do this, but clearly we all want better for Vallejo and are willing to walk the walk.
