A. Brockton Road.
Q. Please provide the location and problem. (i.e. mile marker, landmark, intersection, address etc)
A. It is at the intersection of Brockton and Whitehall. When driving on Brockton Drive toward Whitehall, it is on the right side as you are about to turn right on Whitehall. right next to 4704 Brockton. The problem is not on Whitehall, but on Brockton.
