It is not a private property issue only because the trash has overflowed onto the footpath. This is an ongoing problem. The solution is that the trash space needs to be made much deeper so that the bins are a lot further back from the street. a gate would also help.

Looks like they also need to get another bin, if there is often that overflow.

New owner was contacted regarding the trash situation and advised of fines which can be levied against the property if trash area is not kept according to code. New owner promises to comply and adhere to City ordinances.
