This issue was previously reported on 7/15/15 and the City replied on 7/29/15 that a letter had been sent to the property owner. The report has since been archived. As of today, 9/4/15 this problem has not been addressed by the property owner.

The erected fencing limits sight of northbound traffic on McDowell St. from east bound Martin St.
