Description

There is a section of road between the S.Kingway underpass and Windermere (on QUeensway just before the left hand turn lane appears for Windermere) where there is a depression forming under a utility cut and the road is slowly sinking. This is in the left lane. Immediately next to it in the right lane is a manhole cover. The area around it is starting to deteriorate and acting like a big pothole itself. It makes for jarring experience if you hit either of these the wrong way.
