Description

For almost a month, there has been a bumper, probably from a fender bender, sitting on the sidewalk on the south side of the Spring Forest Rd, Departure Dr intersection. I've even seen landscapers push it out of the way, but not do anything about it. Such an eyesore and a hazard! Can this please be removed by the city?
