Unfortunately the CITY is ignoring the standing water problems in Tucson, I have reported several both on SCF and over the phone all the lady said to me is there's nothing we can do ABOUT it

Washes are maintained by Pima County, and so is the mosquito abatement. These issues should be addressed with them. http://webcms.pima.gov/health/preventive_health/disease_control/mosquitoes
