Description

The Northbound stretch of Capital Blvd from Atlantic Ave to the Raleigh Flea Mall property has sediment and vegetation in the gutters preventing water from draining through the storm drains. This causes large puddles during rain storms and cars hydroplane and sometimes lose control. I reported this to DOT in January with no action taken.
