the property managers and tenants of the yellow house to the left the fence on haswell st and the red house on the corner of haswell and north ave are incredibly detached from their surroundings. the street is continually a dumping ground for trash and discarded toys, food scraps etc. The unsupervised children in these homes are quite destructive to the surrounding area.the street is an embarrassment and the landlords should hold their tenants responsible. please make this a part of this issue as the fence being in incredible disrepair is really only the tip of the iceberg.
