I drive past this property on a daily basis and I will agree that it needs allot of repair and clean up. At one point there was a camper on the property that people actually LIVED in!! There have been tree branches and debris in the yard for years, yes the same tree branches and debris for years. I am not sure how many people actually live in the house but I am sure they are violating some type of fire code. The owner listed is Christine Sandella. She is one of these absentee owners that just collects a rent check and does nothing to repair the property. Her and her family no longer live here so why would she care what the property looks like or if the tenants do any up keep.
