Sign indicating left turn only from left lane on Frontage just before Church ST. is obscured by overgrowth, needs to be cut back

The whole area around North and South Frontage and Church Streets is trashy and overgrown.. ridiculous. people arriving in New Haven and using the exits and entrances.. see what the City really looks like. Welcome to Toni Harp's New Haven!

Called in to whom? The whole two blocks, or three actually, Lafayette St is a mess. Trash, street potholes, crumbling sidewalks, overgrowth of greenery... Ghostbusters?
