Description

One of three ugly, useless newspaper boxes just on one walk around the block. Can the city remove them, please?

That is your dog peeing on it? The leash seems to be coming from under the camera. so it does have some use, doesn't it? it's like a fire hydrant for your dog.

lol That the dog owner is very hypocritical as complaining but not being responsible. lol yes.. It does show pretty well the situation in that neighborhood, and New Haven.. which now has no Advocate.
