My wife and I been dealing with loud noise from a car with bad exhaust. The reason for the noise is because the home has no approach and is almost street level and damages his exhaust. Could the city repair the approach and bill him for it like you do in other situations? This been going on since 02/24/2015 with no results and the city is aware of it. I have proof. And could somebody let the GPD no of his illegal loud car. My family should not have to deal with this.
