After about 800 views I thought I would have a answer. I have not supervised any lane closures since 2009. The state rules must be have changed. There was no way a state highway could have a lane closure and not be open every night after work is done for the day. Not to mention on the weekend. There is a lot of work involved, Moving of barrels to the curb and laying down your one lane ahead signs etc. You are suppose to schedule help a hour or two in the evening to open lane up and to close lane in the morning. This was only milled road not total reconstruction. Please correct me if I am wrong.
