I'm no arborist, but as far as I can tell, this tree is a soft maple and really not the best kind of tree to be letting grow over wires and homes. I'd also disagree that it's totally healthy. There is a clearly visible dead branch 2/3 of the way up, in the center. Again, I'm no pro, but I don't think that's a great sign. Soft maples grow fast but gangly, and I've seen them come down in storms and cause major damage. I'd love to hear someone with more tree knowledge publicly ID and assess the health of this tree.
