Description
Code Enforcement has a file on 415 North St. regarding the placement of wood barriers beyond which tenants' cars cannot be parked. The file is about 12-14 yrs old. At that time Code responded to a complaint, investigated it, and the owner agreed to define the parking area for 3 cars in accordance with measurements recorded by Code. The barrier, a railroad tie or similar, has been moved several times. It was not installed permanently. There is now a camper-type vehicle parked in that portion of the driveway and the barrier has been shoved further onto the lawn. Code has the measurements where it is supposed to be. I request that a permanent barrier in the location that was originally agreed to be installed.

There does not appear to be any yard parking based on the files as compared to the parking witnessed in 2015. Please contact our office if you have additional questions.
