I signed up and take care of storm water inlets between our property and neighbors. This inlet is between 44 and 53 Greencroft. The strainer is pretty full of mulch and routinely mulch migrates over the top of the inlet completely obstructing it and I clean it off. Last fall they installed the mulch very heavily and deep into the ditch and it has been more problematic than before. Thanks for your help. All the best, Joe
