This is located within the City of Hampton, however a Hampton Police Officer checked on this vehicle and it is not illegally parked and is in front of their own residence. There is no violation for the officer to enforce.
If a vehicle is parked in the correct direction of travel, not if front of a fire hydrant or driveway and within 12" of the curb, it's not illegally parked.
