Park is open for half a block to allow for parking and business access. There is a road closed ahead sign on Park at State that is visible before making the turn. With half of the block open there is no need for signage on State. If you have further questions contact Public Works at 217-403-4770 and request the Streets Supervisor.

Tell that to everyone that's turning on to park and having to turn around in the church parking lot. You can't see that sign on park until you are turning off state. It's literally facing towards the park.
