This bike has been here for about 8 months, slowly losing parts. Please remove it! (The white one, not the blue one)

The bike is still there, still losing parts. It makes the whole street feel unsafe to know that people are going up and down it looking for bike parts to steal - and getting away with it! Please remove it!
