Description

You have a NO PARKING sign facing drivers when you enter this neighborhood so nobody parks on the EAST side of Orchard Highlands, but they are parking on the WEST side and they park half way in the residents yard and half way in the street when they drop off/pick up their kids from school and also during special events at the school. This is creating a problem on Orchard Highlands as well as a hazard for the kids that actually live in this neighborhood and walk to and from school. There is no sign on the WEST side of this road, which is exiting the neighborhood so people feel its OK to park since there are no signs, even though there are signs on the opposite side. This needs to be addressed with additional NO PARKING signs on both sides of this road.
