Albany, NY assigned this issue to APA - Doug

I didn’t realize that hypocrisy was a form of government until we moved to Albany. Now I know. Too bad they don’t teach civics in school anymore.

If a parking violation is found, a ticket will be issued. The parking enforcement officer must be there to witness the infraction. If the vehicle has been moved by the time the parking enforcement officer arrives, they will be unable to issue a ticket.

That response did not address the complaint at all. APA is not going to ticket an APA vehicle. Maybe say that you will speak with your employees about following the same parking rules other people are expected to follow.

The issue was reported on 3/21 - sending a parking enforcement officer on 3/26 shows the true dysfunction of your operations. Stop using cut and paste responses and actual respond to the residents.

Earlier in the comments from APA it says that a ticket would be issued, can you tell me if a ticket was issued. Obviously it was observed by a parking enforcement officer. Thanks.
