Description

Caller reporting that the traffic signal lights servicing east-west traffic is operating unusually. States that upon reaching the intersection through southbound travel down Park that the lights will do a long green light, then an additional turn light followed by another long green light; all for east-west bound traffic. Caller states that this happens despite there being hardly any traffic for the east-west directions on Drexel.
