Description
Vegetation (in most cases invasive species growing wild) is growing in the right-of-way. Once the leaves form it creates a dangeous condition. Children cannot be seen in the weeds and pedestrians and cylists are forced to ride a few feet from the curb. The neighborhood was designed without sidewalks in most places, thus people are forces to use the paths and the roadway. Please resolve this issue so the area is in compliance with the city ordinance. The complaint area is from the eastern intersection of Waldenwood and Penberton to the western intersection of Waldenwood and Penberton. More detail will be posted in the comments, including photos of the overgrown weeds last summer. This is a chronic condition.

As stated in the DESCRIPTION, the complaint area is from the eastern intersection of Waldenwood and Penberton to the western intersection of Waldenwood and Penberton. It includes four active crosswalks. A2 Fix It only allows one address, thus assigned 3935 Waldenwood.
The complaint area is not in compliance as of 4/4/24 and it is unreasonable for me to enter a ticket for each address in the complaint area. Please direct community standards to inspect ALL properties in the complaint area. Thank you.

The vegetation is overgrown in the public right of way throughout the area creating a dangerous situation for pedestrians, especially in the afternoon when school children are present.
I will add a few photos of the conditions today.

Most other communities do not have these unsafe conditions. Let's work together to revise Chapter 40 and ensure consistent enforcement ASAP.
Thank you.
