Description

Caller stated she lives at 1430 N Mountain Ave and there is an abandoned white cargo van on the curb on the corner from her house. Caller stated the car is parked south on Mountain View Ave and has been there for 14 days. Caller stated the van windows are down and it has tags on it, but the caller doesn't have the plate information. Caller stated homeless people are getting into the vehicle.
