An investigation was conducted for damage no parking sign. Ariel Robinstein at**************** was contacted and stated. No parking sign on 800 Broadway St and 8700 E Magnolia St the pipe is broken and would like to have it replaced as is in front of a school and someone could get hurt with leaning metal pipe.
During the investigation it was observed that a leaning round pipe is in place on the S E corner of the intersection.( no sign) Records were checked and shows that a no parking anytime sign Right arrow should be in place to complete the parking zone on 800 Broadway St. Due to the observations a maintenance referral will be sent to the Sign Shop Department to replace No parking anytime sign and pipe ( Right arrow) on 800 Broadway St and 8700 E Magnolia St ( S E corner ) for north bound traffic.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
A maintenance referral # 14074559 was sent to the Sign Shop Department to replace No parking anytime sign and pipe ( Right arrow) on 800 Broadway St and 8700 E Magnolia St ( S E corner ) for north bound traffic.
