Workers riding elevators up and down prior to permitted work hours AGAIN.

7:00 AM is 7:00 AM.

Not 6:55, not 6:56, not 6:57, not 6:58, not 6:59, not 6:59 and 30 seconds.

I can't believe that this needs to be spelled out in a complaint over and over. The people on this construction site are disregarding Jersey City's rules regarding permitted work hours and causing NOISE that disturbs residents with seemingly no consequences.

How many more complaints need to be filed with the construction department before somebody makes it clear to this building project that quiet hours are firm at 7:00 AM and that they shouldn't so much as look at the construction site until 7:00 AM!

This construction organization is testing you. They are testing how much they can get away with each and every day. If someone doesn't put their foot down, this disrespectful behavior will only escalate.
