Our roads in our neighborhood. Continue to get worse. I’m not really sure what’s going on but every street in our neighborhood everywhere has potholes and broken asphalt everywhere. As things heat up and as the monsoons come, it’s going to get even worse. Please fix our potholes.!!!

Thank you for your recent service request. We will require additional information to process your request. Please reply to this email with the following information:
What are the valid streets? We need the street with the potholes on it and the binding streets to know where the potholes end. The entire neighborhood is not a good enough description to know where the potholes effect the area. We need details and specifics to send our crew out there.
Your request will be processed as soon as the above information has been received.
Thank you for your request regarding the Terra Del Sol Neighborhood. This roadway neighborhood was approved to receive improvements in the initial (or Phase 1) project list through Proposition 411 – Tucson Delivers: Better Streets | Safe Streets.
Many neighborhoods in the initial project list are now beginning construction with additional neighborhoods scheduled to begin later this winter and spring; however, Terra Del Sol(or project in Phase 1) have not been scheduled at this time. Tucson Department of Transportation & Mobility (DTM) staff are working on the schedule of improvements while ensuring our work does not conflict with scheduled utility work.
DTM will notify residents before roadway improvement are scheduled to begin in their neighborhood. The overall 10-year schedule will be divided into three phases of neighborhood projects.
