Description
I live at 578 Ruggland Terrace, Newark. If you look up my home and my street on Google maps satellite images, and compare it to the drawing on your city map here on this website, you will see that my street does not even exist on your map. My street runs south off of Rugg Ave., a few hundred feet west of Woods Avenue, runs past the intersection of an alley that runs parallel to Woods from N. 12th St. to Woods, and our street CONTINUES on to the backside of the yards facing Jefferson Road. There are only four houses on Ruggland Terrace - ours and a bilevel apartment next door at 582 Ruggland Terrace, and across the street, our neighbors Buster and Shirley Robinson at 577 Ruggland Terrace and the house next door to them at 581 Ruggland Terrace, owned by Matt and Erin Hazelton. As you can see, our street as it exists in real life does not even appear on your map. Perhaps this is why it is NEVER swept, NEVER scraped or cleared or salted or maintained. Please send a surveyor out so you can see what I'm talking about, and please adjust your map accordingly. It would be nice for the residents of our little street to start receiving city street services that our tax dollars pay for, but which we do not receive. Perhaps this faulty map has been the reason for that.

It would helpful if I knew which map you were referring to so I could fix it for you. However, the city does not have access to the Google maps used for the SeeClickFix program. Please contact me directly so that I can resolve your issue. Thanks for your input.
