I have grey paint, should I do it?

Hmm, greybaby, that's an interesting question. I have cleaned up tags on public items such as fire hydrants, mailboxes etc but the block wall that these large tags are on is privately owned. This is an empty lot that isn't cared for. In fact there is a case opened on this same property for high weeds that has been opened since Oct. I too have some grey paint and between the two of us we might be able to cover them, it would be a bit of an effort. The photo here shows only one and I think there are three this size there now. Would you like to look into the matter? I suspect you may need to contact Code Enforcement for information since the city doesn't clean it up that might mean Code Enforcement would be trying to contact the owner. Went by this location today and saw that someone made a valiant effort to cover these very large tags. Not a complete cover-up but definitely much better so I'll be closing this. Thank you to whomever out there that put in the effort!
