Description

Caller stated that a car showed up in front of her house on Monday and that it was orange stickered at some point on the 14th. Caller is wondering when it will be towed because she stated it is blocking easy access to her mailbox. She also stated that it's kind of blocking some of the traffic flow. She stated the vehicle has two blown tires and one of them seems like it's on the rim.
