Description

This pertains to the trails on 108th street ( hwy 40 ) when the sidewalks make their little incline for easy access to wheel chairs, strollers, bikes, it is a constant mud - water hole at each intersection. Constantly as a user of the trail system we have to be dodging this mess.
These inclines were to be USER FRIENDLY they ARE NOT AT ALL, at any time of year. In the middle of winter, they are covered with heaps of frozen ice/snow from cleaning the streets, the little tractors that clean the trails do not clean these out at all.
Really this is truly an embarrassment when there are visitors from out of the city.

It is not only on this trail system or area of town, this really is another matter to be seriously looked at. The sooner the better

Thankyou.
