About a week ago two of the flamingoes outside our shop were stolen by a nefarious elm duty citizen. We are heartbroken and looking for a return or information about our beloved decor

Q. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?
