In the alley entrance to Avondale School there is a giant pothole where the sidewalk and alley meet. This hole has filled with water and the splashing and freezing of the water has created a giant ice ridge to compound the pothole problem. A regular car bottoms out in this hole. As the only entrance into Avondale School parking lot this is an issue for school buses doing pick up and drop off, staff parking and all parents dropping off and picking up children as well as local residents.
