This issue is regarding the parking lot for the East Lake Sammamish Trail (near Whole Foods, Redmond). The parking lot is being used by the newly constructed apartment residents, and at times is fully occupied by these residents. Stop by any day of the week at 2 am, and you will be amazed by the number of trail users at that hour. Please inform the apartment property owners that the parking lot is for trail users only, and that the residents should use their own parking spaces. Also, a possible solution is to make the trail parking lot dawn to dusk only, so then citations can be issued to apartment residents using the parking lot for their overnight parking.
