No, I don't think the job is finished. The workers left food on the sidewalk and trash on the alleyway. Perhaps the city should provide a rake, shovel and gloves so the job can be done right. It's pretty sad what was left behind. We have to walk by this stuff. Very sad and disappointed in those city workers who were assigned to the job.
