Description
A garbage truck and front loader drove right past this "landfill" yesterday. Did not stop, just kept going. It's on the curb and alley. Pro active is alive and well. The Tennant's never took their two full trash containers to the curb yesterday. They as well as the recycle bin are sitting next to the house. There is in fact garbage on the curb, the smell is atrocious.
