Description

At the corner of James and Matthew next to the fire hydrant is a hole about 8 inches deep that someone could easily step in and trip, or twist their ankle. I’ve filled it in the past, but I believe the city’s snow machines keep gouging it out every winter. Also at the same corner on the other side of the sidewalk, the snow machines have dug an ugly crater that should be filled with topsoil. Thanks.
