Description

There's is a large dog at 5 Walnut Street that gets let out a few times during the day in his yard. He gets let back in when he starts to bark and howl. This usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. During the day its not so much of a problem, but it is beginning to happen later and later at night. Last night it was between 10 and 11 o'clock and woke up my two children. This is with all the windows closed. I can imagine it's going to be so much worse in the summer. I briefly spoke to the owner last year and was basically dismissed about the issue. If someone from the town could have a word with the owner it might carry more weight. I don't mind the barking up to a certain hour but after 9 o'clock at night it's very disruptive.
