Thank you for your response. The police department was notified twice about the problem but no physical response was noted

So 10 minutes after arrival on site to repair traffic signal control box the lights are functioning correctly. Doesn’t the city have an emergency response crew on weekends to address situations like this to avoid the potential vehicular accidents that can happen at tandem intersections controlled by on panel?? Notices were posted and authorities called but no response until a normal work day began🤔…
