Came home tonight the roads worse not better.

Crews will be in this area today, as per our residential schedule.

But they did not clear the road today even though it was our day, did the street 2over but not ours, thank you, now have been waiting 4weeks to get our road cleared

talked to the neighbour apparently the morning crew finished at 2pm and the afternoon crew drove past us so the road was not done again....????????????

We are currently in week two of the Residential Snow Plowing Service, if your road was not cleared last week, it will be cleared on either Monday or Tuesday.

We are now about to start a new week of residential plowing and will be in Royal Oaks again tomorrow, Friday, Feb 13. During our last cycle of residential plowing in January, equipment had issues getting into the new, northern part of Royal Oaks due to construction equipment and refuse in the area at the time.
