This has been reported at least two other times. The City is going to kick it over to the state. They are taking too long. This is a highly visible location. Please ask them to get this taken care of soon.

Personally, I think closing the issue is not the right procedure. Since this is within Raleigh city limits, I think SeeClickFix should own the issue while they work with the state of NC to get it resolved. Otherwise, you're improving your rate of closure when you're not actually taking care of the issue. I think the City should keep this open until it's actually fixed.
