I am tired of it. Someone is always detailing them in the front yard. Some are not licensed parking on the street taking up residential parking. Are all the vehicles registered to the house? There should be some laws about how many rooms they can rent out also for the air bnb. We’re permits taken out for the remodel and addition of the room in the garage?

They are running a detail and car parking business for the airport out of the home. Not a car rental business. People pay them to park and have their cars cleaned while they travel.

Problem is not fixed they are still cleaning cars in the yard, parking them in the yard, taking up residential space on the street, renting cars and running a parking business for the airport without a business license registered to the property. They also are running an airbnb using up additional street parking renting 3 of the 4 rooms in the house did they get permits to add the 4th room?

The City is consistently refusing to address this problem. I've been taking photos daily of all the cars and other mess at this place of business. They are running an airport parking business for the airport without a business license registered to the property. Since SeaTac refuses to take care of it, the city should be held liable for the diminished property values and other damages resulting from this disaster within our City.

Contact Peter Kwon, he stopped by some of the neighbors homes this week to give us some good suggestions on what to do about this unlicensed business. This house is running an airbnb 3 rooms rented out and rents cars on a turo app. he washes the cars on the property everyday putting soap and chemicals into the ground water, this can't be good for Angle lake, he also runs a shop vac with a very loud high pitched sound coming from it. The sound can be heard several houses away for a long time every day. Keep reporting his cars from the business, airbnb and employees parking on the street, I was told if left over 3 hours they can be ticketed. 3 of them have been towed away so far.

It is zoned residential, but I think he gets around that rule since it is a car sharing app he uses. I would like to know if all those cars are registered to that address if not can it be handled that way for the parking. He also rides a scooter somewhere in the neighborhood to where he parks some cars. I see him leave then drive back a few min later in a vehicle. All the neighbors put out their trash cans on the street because he was parking all of his cars in front of their houses. He also zooms down and does a uturn at the intersection at the end of the street several times a day. Traffic on our street has been crazy and it is all because of this one house. You can look up the sales records online it changed hands 3 times on the same day so who knows who the actual owner is. But it isn’t the one who is listing the Airbnb.

There should be no reason this is closed. Jean-Pierre the code compliance employee cannot manage his workload. There have been numerous complaints filed and closed. I have complaints filed , closedand he is deceptive as a city employee. Do not trust Carl Cole City Manager, Jean Pierre managers to help clean his mess up. Peter Kwon as council member is golden to provide feedback. Code enforcement is horrible since Jean Pierre got the job from being a parks and rec employee.

Lets go to the next council meeting and provide feedback to about code enforcement and the city manager not doing his job for the citizens.

I think going to the next council meeting is a good idea. Let's try to spread the word and get as many to attend as possible. I could even do a flyer and distribute it around the neighborhood.
