I just purchased the property, the box was like this and the previous homeowner said that they would contact the city of Raleigh to get it fixed. However, I have not heard anything and nobody’s come out to fix it. As you can see their exposed wires, and it is a hazard. My HOA has expressed concern as well and has asked me to contact you again to see if you can come out and fix this. Thanks so much!
