What is the problem? Is it still there? Do you think it was stolen? or your complaining about some illegal parking?

Concerned that it was stolen. It is been there for sometime, and I did not think that the parks department rented it's bikes for this long.

In my experience, bike thieves do not usually lock the stolen bikes up right under the noses of the owners. Is it still there? did you report it to Yale Security?
