Description

Glascock is clearly the main thoroughfare through this part of the neighborhood, yet for some reason those traveling on Culpepper don't have stop signs and those traveling on Glascock due. This causes confusion at that intersection and is unsafe, because people on Glascock often run the stop sign or screech to a stop, and those on Culpepper often slow way down or stop themselves. While I'm sure the original thought was to slow traffic on Glascock, I think there are other, safer ways to do so.
