Thank you for bringing this issue of sidewalk slab displacement to our attention, and apologies for the delayed response. We will assess this portion of sidewalk for possible repairs. As it seems that repairs are necessary, we will add them to our list and request that our contractors perform the repairs. Thank you in advance for your patience as we sort through this request.

Update - this area of walk is actually not within the City's purview. As this is a private road, the City does not service the road or adjacent sidewalk as it is not covered under the streets millage. If there is an association that manages that road, our suggestion is to reach them and see if they could look into this issue. We found other areas along this road that were in need of repair, but unfortunately, we are not allowed to use public funding to repair private areas.
